Your privacy is of paramount importance to Zema Global Data Corporation at Head Office 6400 South Fiddler’s Green Circle Suite 300 Greenwood Village, CO 80111. Our privacy and cookies policy is quite simple: we won’t use your personal data for any other purpose than the one for which you originally gave it to us: sending you company updates, Zema platforms such as Zema Enterprise, and Zema Marketplace, our consulting services, technical support, data or industry-related webinars, requested documentation, video production announcement, demonstration or discovery request, Press Releases, events and publication announcements (Service). This may include contacting subscribers to update information once in a while, and, from time to time, inviting some readers to participate in a thought-leadership research survey for paper or article publication. Occasionally we also notify our readers of relevant events, products and services. Outline of detailed Privacy Policy is outlined below.
Your Name and E-Mail Address
We will not rent, swap or sell our confidential lists to advertisers, other websites or list brokers, something we strongly oppose. We may engage in co-registration opportunities such as joint events, webinars and publications with our partners, provided these partnerships are based on opt-in (i.e. your personal information will not be shared with our partners, and you won’t get anything from our partners unless you register to the Service).
Information we gather from you
We fully respect your right to privacy in relation to your interactions with the Service and endeavour to be transparent in our dealings with you as to what information we will collect and how we will use your information. Also, we only collect and use individual’s information where we are legally entitled to do so.
Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth and efficient experience while using our offerings.
We use your name, job title, address, telephone number, email address to provide a service while using our offerings. We log your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address automatically to give us an idea of which part of our website you visit and how long you spend there. We endeavor to keep Your Data accurate and up-to-date. As such, you must tell us about any changes to such information that you are aware of as soon as possible. Zema Global only processes Your Data for the purpose of: providing, improving, and ensuring the delivery of the Service, developing new related services to users, and personalizing the way our content is presented to you and ensuring that content on our Service is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer/device. When you register for an event we may collect information (online or offline) in relation to the event organization, and during an event, such as participation in sessions and survey results. We combine the personal information we collect to develop aggregate analysis and business intelligence for conducting our business and for marketing purposes. You can Opt-in to receive information by email, telephone or postal mail about our products and services, or sign-up for subscriptions. When visiting our websites or using our services we may provide you with personalized information. If you change your mind, you can always ask us to remove you from receiving personalized communication by sending an e-mail to privacy@ze.com.
- Onsite visitor information
We register individuals visiting our offices (name, identification and business contact information) and use camera supervision for reasons of security and safety of persons and belongings, as well as for regulatory purposes.
Where we wish to use Your Data in any other way, we will ensure that we notify you and get your consent first.
Your Rights
You can request to access, update or correct your personal information. You also have the right to object to direct marketing. You can access the request process here.
You may have additional rights pursuant to your local law applicable to the processing. Web Site(s)
We capture the IP address of our site visitors. Additional information may be captured for services as detailed in the sections below this one. Only volunteered information sign-up will be captured.
Newsletter, Blogs, Articles, Webinar Recordings and Press Releases
We use MailChimp, SharpSpring and Leadlander as our email marketing and automation service provider. Within MailChimp, SharpSpring and Leadlander we hold the following data:
- Information that subscribers may have provided when they opted-in to request one of our Service. This may include First and Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Job Title, Organization, Company Size, City and Country. This information is only held on subscribers who submitted it when requesting a Service.
- Information that subscribers may have provided when opting-in to be on our mailing list. This is limited to Name and Email Address.
- Information that MailChimp, SharpSpring and Leadlander determines on its own from subscribers’ activity, such as IP-based location (latitude/longitude, time-zone, and country). We encourage you to review the Privacy statements for our 3rd party vendors
We do not sell or rent this information, and only use it at times on an aggregated and anonymous basis to determine general data about our subscriber audience.
The only time we share any subscriber information is when our subscribers download a piece of sponsored content from our site. In that case, we share the registrant data with the company(ies) that sponsored the download. Users are always notified prior to requesting the download that the information they submit will be shared with the sponsor. We encourage you to review the Privacy statements for our sponsor partners.
Blogs & Testimonials
If you comment on the blog, you should be aware that any Personal Information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of the blog, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the Personal Information you choose to submit in the blog. To request removal of your Personal Information from our blog or community forum, contact us at privacy@ze.com. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your Personal Information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
We display personal testimonials and other endorsements of satisfied customers on our Sites. With your consent, we may post your testimonials along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at privacy@ze.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
Access to certain Zema offerings such as the Community website requires a login and a password. The use of those Offerings, and the information or programs downloadable from those Sites, may be governed by a written agreement between your employer and Zema. Unless you request deletion of your Personal Information as specified below, your Personal Information may be retained by Zema to verify compliance with the agreement, log software licenses granted, to track software downloaded from those pages, or track usage of other applications available on those pages.
Social Media Widgets
Our Sites include Social Media Features or interactive mini-programs. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Sites, and may set a cookie to enable the Features to function properly. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Sites. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
Managing Your Data
You can request to see the data we hold on you at any point, and you can also request deletion of your data at any point.

Opt-in and Opt-Out
We make it easy for you to manage your email subscriptions, update your personal data, or unsubscribe. We are not interested in keeping you subscribed against your will, and only want to present relevant information. The primary way to unsubscribe is by clicking on automatic links generated at the bottom of each email. This is also the way to change your email address: unsubscribe with the link at the bottom, and re-subscribe with the subscribe link found at the top of the email.
If you use our “send story to a friend” feature, we won’t use your friend’s email for any other purpose. In fact, we don’t collect these e-mails unless they have also opted-in.
If you post a comment on our blog site, we won’t use your email except to send you to update notices about the specific entry you commented, or to initiate a private one-to-one email conversation with you about your post.
