Zema to Participate in Pacific Energy Innovation Association Forum 2014
January 24, 2014, Denver, Colorado -
Zema PowerGroup Inc. (Zema) announced today that Aiman El-Ramly, Chief Strategy Officer at Zema , is participating as a panelist in the Pacific Energy Innovation Association (PEIA) Forum 2014 which is taking place in the Wosk Centre for Dialogue in Vancouver on February 24. The focus of the event is on Canada’s energy outlook, with particular emphasis on the economic, environmental, market and political factors governing Canada’s energy prospects.
Canada is facing multiple challenges in handling its energy resources, from approval of crude oil pipeline projects to environmental initiatives leading to reduced consumption of fossil fuels. Being on the forefront of an emerging LNG industry, Canada finds itself at a crossroads between economic prosperity and environmental stewardship.
“The PEIA brings British Colombian energy professionals together to address global challenges and issues which often require regional solutions to meet local economic and environmental needs. This event will provide local insight into the decisions which will set the tone for the future of the Canadian energy industry”, said Aiman El-Ramly.
