Zema has long maintained business continuity, security and disaster recovery plans that we are ready to execute to ensure robust operations throughout this evolving pandemic. Zema has an emergency management team (EMT) established to quickly address changing circumstances, including the maintaining of customer support, IT Operations, and compliance policies.

We recognize that our products and services are critical to our customers’ success and that this depends first and foremost on the health of our employees.

In line with recommendations from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and local authorities, we are taking steps to reduce our exposure to infection and to limit Zema personnel from potentially contracting or spreading COVID-19. These measures include ceasing all company travel and where possible, customer face-to-face meetings and events will be carried out remotely in effect now and into the future, if necessary.
