Crude Oil Logistics Committee

The COLC is a decision-making body which consists of producers, shippers, pipelines, terminals, industry associations, government regulators and departments. We are dedicated to providing timely and relevant information regarding the Receipts and Deliveries of Western Canadian crude oil and its pipeline capabilities. We also provide an open forum for the discussion of Supply, Disposition and Logistics. The COLC is led by an Executive of four elected Oil Industry representatives, including a representative from each Industry Association and the Administrative Manager.
