Eversource Energy, previously known as Northeast Utilities, serves 3.6 million electric and natural gas customers in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Northeast Utilities owned the individual operating companies: Connecticut Light & Power, Public Service of New Hampshire, Western Massachusetts Electric and Yankee Gas.
